My Portfolio
This is my portfolio, showcasing a collection of both professional and more informal work. Some projects were developed over the course of several months, while others were completed in just a day. Regardless of the time invested or the resources available, I consistently put forth my best effort into every project.
Bruce Murray and Associates
Tasked with reinventing the newsletter for a insurance agency. I created a newsletter that was both entertaining to look through and interact with. Many customers sent in emails expressing their enjoyment of the letter and answers for the crossword. It was good to see so many people enjoying my work.

Signature Event Rentals
Most recently, I served as the Social Media Manager for Signature Event Rentals, overseeing their online presence and designing a professional brochure for distribution at events. This role provided me with extensive experience in creating compelling content and managing digital marketing services, including platforms like Google Ads. I honed my skills in campaign strategy, optimization, and performance analysis to drive measurable results.

Focus on Nature
Focus on Nature is a distinguished charitable organization located in Southern Ontario, dedicated to cultivating a stronger connection between young individuals and the natural world through the art of photography. Notably, the organization conducts engaging workshops within schools and day camps during the summer season.
Fortunate to qualify for the Google Grant program, they received $10,000 for Google advertising. they employed the help of our group to set it up for them, ultimately spending $3,500 and achieving the following results:
-
Total Clicks: 311
-
Impressions: 5111
-
Click-Through Rate (CTR): 5.91%
Our campaign goals included increasing conversions, boosting exposure, maintaining a CTR above 5%, and creating a self-sufficient campaign. Through our efforts, we successfully increased sign-ups and more than doubled the website impressions. The consistently high CTR surpassed Google’s established benchmarks, ensuring continued funding for the advertisements and the sustained success of our campaign.

An example of one of our best performing ads

Stratford Badminton Club
The Stratford Badminton Club, a Non-Profit sports organization in Stratford, initiated a campaign with a set budget of $650, allocating $608 across three platforms: TikTok, Meta (Instagram and Facebook), and Google Ads. Over the course of a month, the campaign aimed to increase brand awareness and boost sign-ups, particularly targeting a younger audience.

Here are the campaign results on each platform:
-
TikTok: 122,229 impressions and 714 clicks
-
Meta: 3,689 impressions and 160 clicks
-
Google: 770 impressions and 70 clicks
While the numbers alone are noteworthy, the impact of the campaign was further validated by an email from Dave Allely, the president of the club:

“We have noticed that we have had more inquiries from High School students and they have been visiting and playing at the club on day passes. There are quite a number who have expressed interest in becoming a member next year ... [We] have had informal feedback from members of the community who have seen the ads and have requested further information.”

This feedback is significant for our team, as it indicates that, even in one of our initial marketing campaigns, we were making a tangible impact and successfully attracting new members.

5 Steps to get out of debt
This video I made in one of my marketing classes. Made and filmed in 2 days it doesn’t have the best camera work but it still tells the story I want to tell. It parodies the stereotypical 5 tips videos you might find on YouTube. Annoying music, bad advice and a strange amount of positivity all work towards making this video seem as stereotypical as possible
“Cowboy Bebop” Title sequence parody
A simple test in parodying a section of the “Cowboy Bebop“‘s classic open sequence “Tank!” The original plan was also to include me running like the title sequence but I lacked a big enough green screen to properly do so
Raiden Vs Armstrong
A video trying to give some weight to fake punches. Inspired by the final boss of Konami's Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. Camera work was done to make my friend look a lot bigger and stronger then me. Small amount of tracking work on the initial punch, didn't have any effects so I had to use free ones. The editing is slightly ruined by the people walking in the background showing how I used slightly speeding up a clip to convey a stronger punch. Like most of my work it was filmed in one day leading to some scenes not being as great as I would have liked but I worked with what I had
“M.A.S.H” Title Sequence Recreation
Using nothing but the sandbox that is the game “Garry’s Mod” I remade the classic “M*A*S*H” tv intro. The text was given a slight shake to give a more realistic look. Names were blurred to keep privacy of the other people involved
“The Thing” with “Among Us” UI
John Carpenter’s “The Thing” is one of my favorite movies and I noticed the similarities to the social deduction game “Among Us” and decided to combine the two. This was the video I used to practice tracking.
